For a portable, high-capacity dishwasher the Maytag MDC4809PAB is a decent machine, but for the hefty price we can't justify buying it.
Introduction
The portable Maytag MDC4809PAB is an edifice of a machine that looks a bit like the monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey. While it doesn’t exactly progress human evolution, it does a decent job of cleaning dishes, even though we think it's a bit too expensive for a portable dishwasher of its kind. Then again, for folks who have little interest in tearing apart their kitchens to fit a built-in unit, the MDC4809PAB may be worth the price.
